Ingredients

1/2 lbuncooked medium pasta shells
1 candiced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (10 oz)enchilada sauce
2 cupswater
1 bunchsliced green onions (save some for garnish)
1 tbstaco seasoning
1 canblack beans, rinsed
1 cancorn, drained
2 cupsfinely chopped cooked chicken
2 cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese

Steps

Mix pasta, tomatoes, enchilada sauce, water, green onions, & taco seasoning, heat to boiling
2

Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 minutes, stiring frequently
3

Stir in beans, chicken, & corn, return to simmering, cook 2 minutes
4

Remove from heat, stir in cheese garnish and serve
