I had a can of artichokes and wanted to take this quick , tasty, and healthy appetizer to a main dish. I serve it with a salad quickly tossed in a banana pepper vinaigrette, served with your choice of toasted baguette, and or tortilla chips.

I had a can of artichokes and wanted to take this quick , tasty, and healthy appetizer to a main dish. I serve it with a salad quickly tossed in a banana pepper vinaigrette, served with your choice of toasted baguette, and or tortilla chips.

Preheat oven to broil.

Chop drained artichokes, mix with mayo, salt & pepper, hot sauce and half of cheese

Sprinkle other half of cheese on top, cook until top is lightly browned.

While dip is cooking mix oil, banana pepper juice, salt& pepper to make vinagrette.

When dip is room temp mix salad greens with a little of vinagrette , and place some dip on top of them and serve with the toasted baguette or tortilla chips
