Golden veggie juice: chop yellow tomatoes, cucumber and bell pepper, put in juicer; should yield 4 cups

Reserve 2 tb chopped yellow pepper for garnish

Core/peel/seed/chop: bell pepper, yellow tomatoes, cucumbers, yellow opinion, garlic. Add to large pot or bowl with: veggie broth, veggie juice, olive oil, white wine vinegar. Mix.

Put 3.5 cups of soup in food processor and return to bowl.

Chill 5 hours

Serve with basil and Greek yogurt
