1jalapeno
1vegetable oil
1seasoned bread crumbs

cut breast into two equal parts and slice pocket into fattest part of each

mix cream cheese, cheddar and minced jalapeño and stuff into boobs

roll boobs in bread crumbs and heat oil in a medium high pan

cook boobs about 8 minutes on each side
