Ingredients

  1. 1 cupBoiled basmati rice -
  2. Chopped mix veggies
  3. 1 cup(beans,carrot,peas) -
  4. Chopped onion - 1 medium
  5. 2Green cardamom -
  6. 1Black cardamom -
  7. Cloves- 2
  8. 2 tbspClarified butter / ghee -
  9. to tasteSalt -

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.

  2. 2

    Add cardamom and cloves to crackle.

  3. 3

    Add onion and saute for one mins.

  4. 4

    Add mix veggies and and saute for 4 - 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Add boiled rice and salt and mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
