For covering add 2 tsp ghee and salt and make a soft dough...take 3 tbsp ghee and 4 tbsp msida and make a paste

For stuffing...heat oil in a pan and add jeera powder,haldi powder,heeng,fennel powder,green chilli,ginger paste and peas add salt and cook covered

Add coriander powder,red chilli,dry mango powder and garam masala and press with spatula take it out in plate

Divide the dough in small ball and roll in circle

Apply ghee maida paste evenly over the roti and fold as in pic

Apply ghee maida paste on it

Fold it twice

Roll it in square and put stuffing on the center

Now seal as in pic

Press with hand and deep fry on low flame
