Ingredients

  1. 2 cuppuffed rice/ murmurs/ churmura
  2. 1 table spoonground nuts
  3. 2medium size onion
  4. 1tomato
  5. 3-4green chillies
  6. 1/2 table spooncummin seeds
  7. 1/2 table spoonmustard seeds
  8. 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  9. 7-8curry leaves
  10. 1 table spoonoil
  11. 2 table spoonLemon juice
  12. leavesCoriander
  13. 2 table spoonphutana powder(fried gram powder)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a kadai add 1table spoon oil

  2. 2

    Once the oil is heated add ground nuts let them fry

  3. 3

    Now add cummin and mustard seeds

  4. 4

    Add onion and curry leaves

  5. 5

    Let Cook onion till soft

  6. 6

    Add green chillies and tomato

  7. 7

    Cook till tomatoes be soft

  8. 8

    Add turmeric powder and salt

  9. 9

    Add coriander leaves

  10. 10

    Add 1/2 glass water

  11. 11

    Now add phutana powder

  12. 12

    Add puffed rice into this mixture

  13. 13

    Mix well, add lemon juice

  14. 14

    On top sprinkle coriander leaves mix and serve with Cha (Tea)
