1 canbamboo shoots/diced
1 canwater chestnuts/diced
1 canpineapple/diced
2 largecarrots
4 tbspextra virgin coconut oil

Dice raw chicken

dice all veggies

heat oil in pan

add chicken, salt & pepper and soy sauce

place cooked chicken to side and add oil to pan again. add everything but pineapple

street broccoli turns pretty green, add pineapple and chicken. add soy to taste.

serve on lettuce wraps
