Boil milk in a thick and wide pan on medium flame and stir it at regular intervals of 3-4 minutes.

Collect the layer of cream or malai to the side of the pan and continuously do this till it reach 1/3 of it's original quantity.

Turn the flame on low and add soaked saffron and sugar in this and mix well till dissolve.

Now turn off the heat and let it cool.

Now add rose water and mixed chopped fruits and mix well.

Add this cooled fruity rabdi in cooked rice and mix nicely.

Garnish this Rabdi Fruity Rice with fruits and sugar powder.Now yummy Rabdi fruity Rabdi is ready to serve.
