  • 1 packagesmung bean/soy bean sprouts/any bean sprouts
  • 2 tbspasian fish sauce (can be found in an asian market)
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 3 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspground black pepper
  • 1 tbspcooking oil/any type of oil will work
  • 5 tbspwater

  1. 1

    in a medium pot sautee your bean sprouts for about a min. cook in medium heat

  2. 2

    add your seasoning *garlic powder, salt , pepper and fish sauce* cook well.

  3. 3

    then add your water. wait for the bean sprouts to soften, it will look kind of transparent compared to how it looked before cooking it.

  4. 4

    just wait for about 13 min! don't forget to cover the pot! voila!

  5. 5

    you can eat it as a side or with tofu
