Ingredients

4 servings
  1. DAL FRY:- 300gm masoor dal
  2. 1tomato sliced
  3. 2green chillies chopped into 3
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  6. For Tempering:-4 tablespoons cooking oil
  7. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  8. 6nos chopped garlic pods
  9. 1 sprigcurry leaves
  10. GOBHI ALOO SABZI:-250gm cauliflower (Cut into pieces)
  11. 4medium size potatoes (cut each into 4 pieces)
  12. 1medium size sliced tomato
  13. 1medium size sliced onion
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1big pinch of asafoetida
  16. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  17. 1 teaspoongarlic paste
  18. 1 teaspoonginger paste
  19. 1 teaspoonspicy red chilli powder
  20. 1 teaspoongaram masala powder
  21. 1 tablespooncoriander powder
  22. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  23. 2 tablespoonsfresh chopped coriander leaves
  24. 4 tablespoonscooking oil
  25. tawa bhindi fry:-
  26. 250 gmladyfinger (Cut into long)
  27. Salt as per taste
  28. 1/4 teaspoongaram masala powder
  29. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  30. 1 teaspoonmango powder
  31. 3 tablespoonscooking oil
  32. GALKA:- 1kg galka peeled and sliced
  33. 1medium size sliced onion (optional)
  34. Salt as per taste
  35. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  36. 5nos green chillies chopped
  37. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  38. 1/4 cupcooking oil
  39. Fruit Custard:- 1/2litre milk
  40. 1&1/2 tablespoon vanilla flavour custard powder
  41. 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  42. 4bananas sliced
  43. 1rougly chopped apple
  44. 1/2 cuppomegranate
  45. Peru Kachalu:- 4 sliced guava (peru)
  46. 1/3 cupsugar
  47. 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  48. 1big pinch black salt
  49. Zeera Rice:- 500gm basmati rice
  50. Salt as per taste
  51. 1 teaspooncumin seeds
  52. 2 tablespoonscooking oil
  53. Water required
  54. Buttermilk:- 2&1/2cups curd
  55. 2 cupswater
  56. 1/3 teaspoonsalt
  57. 1 pinchroasted cumin powder (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Method for Dal Fry:- Add masoor dal, salt, tomato, turmeric powder and required water in pressure cooker. Pressure cook it on 3 whistles. Switch off flame and wait till air release and tempered it

  2. 2

    Method For Gobhi Aloo Sabzi:- Heat oil in deep wok, splutter cumin seeds and asafoetida.
    Add onion and let them cook till it turn into pink. Make fine paste of ginger, garlic, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder by adding little water.

    Add tomato in wok and cook it on  high flame till tomatoes become dry. Add paste and cook till oil starts floating on all over masala(bhuno).
    Add potatoes in it, cover the lid and cooked for 5minutes on low flame.
    Add cauliflower and cook till it done.
    Garnish with coriander leaves.

  4. 4

    Method For Tawa Bhindi Fry:- Heat oil on tawa, add ladyfingers and cook till it become soft.
    Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and aamchur powder mix it gently.
    Cook till it become crisp.

  5. 5

    Method For Galka:- Heat oil in deep wok, splutter cumin seeds and green chilies. Add onion and cooked till the little colour change. Add Galka and mix it well. Cook till it get soft. Add salt and turmeric powder in it and mix well, cook it on high flame till the  Galka dry/done. In between keep sauteing.

    Method For Fruit Custard:- Take 1/2 cup of milk and add custard powder in it and mix till it dissolve.
    Boil milk with sugar in saucepan and stir, Add custard paste in boiling milk, keep stirring. switch off the flame and let them cool down on room temperature.
    when it cool down add fruits in it.

  7. 7

    Method For Peru Kachalu:- Add sugar, black pepper powder and black salt  in sliced guava, mix and mash mash and mix, refrigerate for an hour before serving.

  8. 8

    Method For Zeera Rice:- Wash basmati rice.
    Heat oil and splutter cumin seeds, add water and salt mix it. Add basmati rice and cook till done.

  9. 9

    Method for Green SaladTake fresh cucumbers, tomatoes and sliced it.

  10. 10

    Method for Buttermilk:-Make smooth buttermilk by adding salt and roasted cumin seeds.

  11. 11

    Make wheat flour chapati and fry papad in heated oil.

  12. 12

    Delicious veg thali is ready to eat.
