Ingredients

  1. For tiger nut drink
  2. 2 cupsfresh tiger nut
  3. 25peices of Dates (debino)
  4. 2whole coconut
  5. 1 cupwater or more as desired
  6. 1 table spoonsugar (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your Tigernut, debino and coconut very well with a clean water.

  2. 2

    Blend the Tigernut, debino and coconut together in a blender.

  3. 3

    Pour into a bowl after blending and strain to extract juice.

  4. 4

    Add sugar (optional) and serve.
