Steps

Marinate fish in salt and lemon juice for 1 hour.

Wash fish and pat dry on kitchen towel.

Much 1 spoon turmeric powder and 1 spoon coriander powder,coat the fish in this and shallow fry.(This is to avoid sticking at bottom and for crispness)

Fry fish on slow flame both sides till crispy.

When fish is ready, add all the remaining masalas,roast for few seconds and switch off gas.

Serve hot with lemon wedges and onions slices, decorate with coriander leaves.
