Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspYoghurt
  2. 6-7big sized strawberries
  3. 1 small bowl seedless black grapes
  4. 5 gmsFlaxseeds
  5. 5 gm / 5 mlJaggery/ honey

Steps

  1. 1

    Take the strawberries wash and hull them.

  2. 2

    Take the washed grapes, put the fruits in to the blender add yoghurt, honey

  3. 3

    Put in flax seeds and blend. The yummy and healthy smoothie is ready.

  4. 4

    Have this either to kick start your day or when hunger strikes.
