3carrots(cut into thin strips)
2stock celery(cut into thin strips)
Red cabbage (thinly sliced)
1onion
250 mlfresh cream
500 gmushrooms
Pinchif salt
Pinchblack pepper
1 packetcream of mushroom soup
50 gbutter

Place all veggies into a bowl then on a Stoveheat oil

Chop onion and mushroom then fry with butter
3

Add salt and pepper then fresh cream and thicken with cream of mushroom sauce
4

Also served with Stuffed chicken breast
