Steps

Take a bowl, add 1 tbspoon of besan, salt, green chillies.

Add a little water to besan to make a thin running paste.

Add salt and chillies ; soak the bread on to this and grate the cheese on the bread and oil the pan and place over it.

Cheese starts to melt, turn the bread and add grated cheese on other side. Press well and let it cook
