Steps

Prepare your dough like that of croissants..Refer to my procedures...in this platform.

Once done making your dough till the last step, fold your dough for the 3rd time n cover it for 5 mins to relax.

While relaxing, grease your baking tray n set aside. Pre heat your oven at 170 degrees.

Clean n chop your apples into small cubes.

Cut n roll your dough into small cubes/ square in shape. Should not be too thin. Medium size in terms of thickness will do u justice. Can come up with any shape not necessarily cubes/ square.

In each cube, add some apple cubes then assemble all corners at the centre then put a kasmall piece of apple on top.

Place your apple danish in your already greased baking tray n bake for 20 mins or till they turn golden brown. Temparature is at 170 degrees.

NOTE...You can do different types of danish using the same procedure. What matters is what you have added inside e.g..Chocolate, pineapple, sherry, cheese danish etc, etc...Try your favourite taste.
