Heat Crisco in skillet until it bubbles when a wooden spoon is dipped in it. Medium high heat.

Season with seasoned salt

Coat chicken in flour

Place chicken in grease. Turn over every 10 minutes until chicken runs clear when pierced with fork. Roughly 20 minutes each side.

Place on wire rack or paper towels till extra grease drains off.

For real southern look and taste add 1 tablespoon black pepper to flour before coating chicken.
