Ingredients

3 cupwheat flour
1/2 spoonbaking powder
1/2 spoonbaking soda
1/2 cupcurd
1/2 spoonsugar
1/2 spooncarom seeds
1 cupwater

Steps

1

Take a bowl add all ingredients and mix it.

Make a dough in help of water then take rest for 2 hour's.

After 2 hour make a small balls make a bhatura shape.

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry it.

Now ready to eat
