Mix butter and sugar until smooth and lite. About 3 minutes.

Add 1 egg to sugar/butter mix.

Add 1 tsp vanilla to butter/sugar mix.

To ground up oats, add 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of kosher salt.

Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, slowly. Add 4 oz raisins that have been soaked overnight in rum and drained.

Add remaining toasted oats. Mix until a smooth batter. Take 1 1/2 scoop and scoop cookies. Bake at 375 for 12 - 14 minutes.
