Cook and drain sausage. Set aside. Cook in a saucepan the tomatoes, onion, butter, salt and spices until reduced by half.

Place Swiss cheese in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour tomato mixture over the cheese.

Combine eggs and cream. Pour over tomato mixture. Sprinkle sausage over the egg mixture.

Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes then reduced heat to 375°F and bake for 25 minutes.
