One of my favorite dishes usually served chilled or room temp with some quality crunchy italian bread :-)
Steps

Put octopus in pot of boiling water for 20 minutes...shut off flame & let sit in pot for 20 minutes ...then remove from pot.

cut off legs as close to body as possible
- 3
rub off as much skin as possible with hand & rinse under water
- 4
cut legs into half inch pieces & put into bowl
- 5
chop up celery & mince garlic & put all ingedients into the bowl
- 6
sqeeze the juice of the 2 lemons in ...mix well & serve!!!
