2 can(6oz) chunk light tuna, drained
1 can(15 oz) small white beans, such as cannellini or great northern, rinsed
10cherry tomatoes, quartered
4scallions, trimmed and sliced
2 tbspextra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsplemon juice
1/4 tspsalt
1Freshly ground pepper, to taste

Combine tuna, beans, tomatoes, scallions, oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a medium bowl. Stir gently. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
