Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsliced fresh mushrooms
  2. 1 cupfinely chopped onion
  3. 2 tspvegetable oil
  4. 4 cupwater
  5. 2 can(15 oz each) pizza sauce
  6. 2 cupchopped pepperoni
  7. 2 cupchopped fresh tomatoes
  8. 1 cupcooked Italian sausage
  9. 1/2 tspItalian seasoning
  10. 1/2 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
  11. 1Shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large saucepan, saute mushrooms and onion in oil for 2-3 minutes or until tender.

  2. 2

    Add water, pizza sauce, pepperoni, tomatoes, sausage and Italian seasoning.

  3. 3

    Bring to a boil over medium heat.

  4. 4

    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. 5

    Before serving, stir in Parmesan cheese.

  6. 6

    Garnish with mozzarella cheese.
