Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupWheat flour
  • 1/2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 cupJowar flour/ millet flour -
  • 2 tbspChopped onion -
  • 1/4 tspChopped green chilli -
  • 1 tspChopped coriander leaves -
  • to tasteSalt -
  • 1/4 tspCumin seeds -
  • 2 tbspOil -

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add wheat flour.gram flour,jowar flour/millet flour,onion,green chilli,coriander leaves,salt and cumin seeds and mix well.

    Knead a soft dough with the help of water.

  3. 3

    Rest for 15 mins.

  4. 4

    Heat a pan and sprinkle some water.

  5. 5

    We take the dough directly on the pan and evenly spread it.

  6. 6

    Firstly we cook on high flame and turn the thalipeeth and cook on a low flame.

  7. 7

    Apply oil on both the sides.

  8. 8

    Cook golden brown and crispy.
