113 gButter
300 gSugar
2Eggs
350 gFlour
1/4 cupCocoa powder
1 tspBaking powder
1 cupButtermilk
Red food colouring
1 tspVanilla essence
1 tspWhite vinegar

Steps

Add cream and butter in a bowl,add eggs and flavour.

Sieve flour and cocoa powder together.now add the sieved dry ingredients to the sugar and butter and mix in small portions and mix alternating it with the buttermilk.

Note:red colour should be mixed with the butter colour.

Now mix the baking powder with the white vinegar and add to the batter.

Pour batter into an already prepared 6 pan and bake in preheated oven till properly baked.

The fruits toppings are Fresh fruits. Strawberry and kiwi. Cream cheese filling.
