Mix flour, sugar, half teaspoon baking powder, magarine in a bowl

Gradually add warm water to flour mix, get a soft smooth dough

Take an egg and cut out a chunk of dough, flatten on your palm and place the egg in the middle.

Wrap the dough round the egg roll on your palm and smoothen it. Repeat the process for remaining eggs.

Put vegetable oil in a deep pot and allow to moderately heat. Add the wrapped egg rolls to the oil and cook on a moderate heat.

Remove from heat when the outer crust of the egg rolls gets brown

Pleas cook on low heat, so they cook through. And make sure the temperature of the oil has gone down before introducing another batch
