Ingredients

10 mins
2-3 servings
  • 10baby potatoes
  • 1/2 cupgreen peas(peeled)
  • 1 tbspmalai
  • 1 tbspcurd
  • 1big sized tomato
  • 2green chillies
  • 1 tspginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 pinchhing
  • 1 pinchjeera
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Chopped coriander and lemon slice for decoration

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a cooker add oil then add hing and jeera once the jeera starts to splutter add baby potatoes toss for 3-4 mins

  2. 2

    Put the cream,tomato, green chillies,ginger garlic and curd in the grinder and make a smooth paste and keep aside

  3. 3

    Now Add all the dry masalas to the potatoes then add matar or peas finally added the grounded masalas toss well add little water and close the cooker with the lid

  4. 4

    After the first whistle lower the flame and let it cook for 2-3 mins after that turn off the flame

  5. 5

    Serve with coriander leaves and lemon slice goes well with chapati or rumali.
