  1. 1 lbmedium fresh Mushrooms
  2. 1 cupSliced green onions
  3. 1 tbspbutter
  4. 4 ozcrumbled blue cheese
  5. 3 ozcream cheese, softened

  1. 1

    heat broiler

  2. 2

    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop stems

  3. 3

    heat skillet to medium high heat

  4. 4

    Add butter, mushroom stems, and onions until tender

  5. 5

    Add blue cheese and cream cheese, mix well

  6. 6

    spoon evenly into mushroom tops

  7. 7

    place on rack of broiler pan and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown
