1 cupSliced green onions
1 tbspbutter
4 ozcrumbled blue cheese
3 ozcream cheese, softened

heat broiler

Remove stems from mushrooms and chop stems

heat skillet to medium high heat

Add butter, mushroom stems, and onions until tender
5

Add blue cheese and cream cheese, mix well

spoon evenly into mushroom tops

place on rack of broiler pan and broil for 2-3 minutes until golden brown
