Ingredients

6Roma or Plum tomatoes
1med white onion
1 tspminced jalapeno peppers
1/3 cuplemon juice
2 tbspsnipped fresh cilantro
2garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tspsalt

Steps

Chop tomatoes until chunky, transfer to bowl.

Chop onions and peppers finely, add to tomatoes
3

Stir in remaining ingredients. Let stand covered for 30 minutes
