Ingredients

9 servings
  1. 2 cupalmond flour
  2. 1/4 cuphoney
  3. 1egg
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/4 tspsalt
  6. 2 tspvanilla extract
  7. 3 tbspchilled coconut oil
  8. 2 tbspalmond milk (optional)
  9. 2 tbspCoconut flour (optional)
  10. 3plums, cut up (or however many youd like)

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. 2

    Combine all ingredients except coconut oil and plums.

  3. 3

    Add chilled coconut oil.

  4. 4

    Grease 9x9 inch pan.

  5. 5

    Pour batter into pan and place plums on top.

  6. 6

    Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let cool.
