Put chicken breast in a baking tray

Cover each chicken with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil . ( top and bottom of the chicken breast )

Take the leave of a thyme and rosemary and spread them into the chicken breast equally

Season with a little bit of salt and pepper

Bake at 200°F Celsius for about 20-25 min ( depends on your oven , just until they're nicely white in colour )

As soon as you take them out from the hot oven , put into serving platter and decorate with a sprig of rosemary and thyme .

To make the hot mayonnaise , in a small bowl , take the mayonnaise and put your chilli sauce and mix well , transfer them into small bowl and put near your chicken in the platter
