Ingredients

  • 1Salt
  • 1Pepper
  • 3 tbspMelted butter
  • 1 tbspFlour
  • 1Paprika
  • 1 lbFish
  • 1Juice from lime
  • 1 tbspFresh parsley
  • 2 tspWorcester sauce
  • 3 tbspMelted butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Drizzle 3 tablespoons of melted butter over fish. Dust fish with salt, pepper, flour and paprika. Broil fish until half done.

  2. 2

    Mix juice from lime, fresh parsley, worcester sauce and 3 tablespoons of melted butter together. Pour over fish and broil until done.
