Steps

Cut the chicken into pieces and boil in a sufuria.

Chop the onions and tomatoes. Finely chop the coriander and clean and slice the kales.

Heat a tablespoon of cooking oil and fry half the chopped onions till brown

Add the sliced kales and stir. Add salt and a little water.

Cook for just about five minutes.

Fry the remaining onion and add the chicken.
- 7
Stir for a little bit and cover for a few minutes

Add the tomatoes and coriander and cover.

When the tomatoes ar e soft add salt and a cup of water
- 10
Cook for 15minutes on medium heat. Or until ready.

Serve
