  1. 1 cupMushroom thin chopped
  2. 1 cupMatar
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  6. 1 tspDhaniya powder
  7. 1 tspKitchen king masala
  8. 5 tbspOil
  9. 1 cupWater
  10. 2 tbspDhaniya patti chopped
  11. 1Onion paste
  12. 1Tomato paste
  13. 1 tbspGinger - garlic paste
  14. 1 tbspKasuri methi

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Add oil in a pan.. add matar & mushroom in it. Fry till soft.

    Now add onion paste, tomato paste, G-G paste. Cook for 1 min.

  3. 3

    Add kasuri methi and all masala in it.

  4. 4

    Cook till oil separates.

  5. 5

    Add water mix well.

  6. 6

    Give 1 boil and add dhaniya patti.
