Steps

Add oil in a pan.. add matar & mushroom in it. Fry till soft.

Now add onion paste, tomato paste, G-G paste. Cook for 1 min.

Add kasuri methi and all masala in it.

Cook till oil separates.

Add water mix well.

Give 1 boil and add dhaniya patti.

Ready Mushroom-Matar Sabji...serve with chapati/ naan etc.
