2 largesweet potatoes
3 tbspolive oil
2 tspsalt
4 tbspcorn starch

Preheat oven 425°F

Slice sweet potatoes in to slices and place in a large freezer bag

Add corn starch to the bag
4

Add oil and salt to bag and shake
5

Place on cookie sheet and put in the oven
6

Cook for 15min then flip and cook an additional 15 minutes.
