Roast you sesame seeds in a pan for about 3 minutes.

In a separate pan put the sugar and water and make and make a thick syrup let it boil for about 5 minutes.

Then add the seasame seeds to the syrup and quickly mix and put on a greased pan,flatten with a metal spatula and let it cool before breaking into desired pieces.
