Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupUnsweetened Almond Milk
  2. 1/2 tspGlucomannan Powder
  3. 1 cupIce
  4. 1 dashCoffee
  5. 1 tbspUnsweetened Cocoa Powder
  6. 2 pinchSalt
  7. 1 dashVanilla
  8. 1 dashCaramel Extract
  9. 4Drops liquid stevia
  10. 1(Optional) scoop of protein powder
  11. 1 tbspFat free redi whip

Cooking Instructions

    Blend All. Add to Glass.

    Top with Redi Whip and sprinkle salt on top.

    Freeze for 8-10 minutes.
