Ingredients

7 crêpes
  1. 2eggs
  2. 2 tablespoonsmelted butter (25 grams)
  3. 1 cupchestnut flour (125 grams)
  4. 1 cupmilk (250 ml)
  5. 1 packetvanilla sugar

Steps

    In a mixing bowl, combine the eggs, chestnut flour, vanilla sugar, and half of the milk.

  2. 2

    Mix well to avoid lumps.

  3. 3

    Add the remaining milk and the melted butter.

  4. 4

    Let the batter rest for 1 hour.
