Strain the rice soaked completely and dry toast on a non stick pan for 8-10 minutes on medium heat

Let cool and dry grind it into fine powder

Melt the ghee in a non stick wok/pan on Low flame
- 4
Add the rice and Ragi flours and blend well and sauté for 5-7 minutes on Low heat

Add the cardamom powder and jaggery. Mix well and take off heat
- 6
Serve warm/ at room temperature garnished with almonds
