Ingredients

30 mins
4 servings
  1. 150 gmFinger Millet/Ragi flour
  2. 120 gmred rice soaked for 4 hours
  3. 100 gmghee
  4. 150 gmjaggery powder/melted if in chunks
  5. Handfulalmonds sliced fine
  6. 1 Tbground green cardamom powder

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Strain the rice soaked completely and dry toast on a non stick pan for 8-10 minutes on medium heat

  2. 2

    Let cool and dry grind it into fine powder

  3. 3

    Melt the ghee in a non stick wok/pan on Low flame

  4. 4

    Add the rice and Ragi flours and blend well and sauté for 5-7 minutes on Low heat

  5. 5

    Add the cardamom powder and jaggery. Mix well and take off heat

  6. 6

    Serve warm/ at room temperature garnished with almonds
