Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupRagi flour
  • 1/4 eachRice flour and gram flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon eachAjwain and jeera
  • As needed Oil to fry
  • to tasteSalt and green chillies
  • 1/2 cupVeggies as per choice such as onions, potatoes, brinjal, paneer

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a batter using all the above items except oil and veggies. Keep aside for 15 minutes

  2. 2

    Peel and chop all the veggies you are using. If using pot, par boil them and then use. Smear little salt on the veggies and keep on a sieve

  3. 3

    Dip veggies in the batter and fry in hot to medium oil and enjoy with chutneys or dip of your choice

  4. 4

    I used potatoes, curry leaves and paneer pieces
