1 cupbuttermilk
1 tspbaking soda
2eggs
1 tbspOrange zest

Cream butter with sugar

Add egg and mix

Mix in flour

Combine baking soda with buttermilk then add them to mixture

Carefully Incorporate orange zest

Generously grease muffin pan and fill halfway with mixture

Bake for 25 minutes in a 350°F oven then let cool and serve
