  1. 4pieces cube steak
  2. 1celery
  3. 1onions
  4. 1 candiced tomatoes

    season steak

  2. 2

    roll steak in flour and brown

  3. 3

    add celery, onions and tomatoes

  4. 4

    add 1 cup water when steak is browned

  5. 5

    simmer about 3 hours until tender
