Rinse the shrimp, trim the whiskers, and devein. Cut the lemon into pieces. Rinse the goji berries and angelica root, then drain well.

In a large bowl, combine the Shaoxing wine, ice cubes, water, goji berries, and angelica root.

Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the lemon, salt, and shrimp. Cook for about 1 1/2 minutes, then remove the shrimp and place them in the prepared Shaoxing marinade. Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight before serving.
