  • 150 mlSemi-Skimmed Milk
  • 15 mlMelted Butter
  • 1Egg

    Mix the milk, butter & flour together.

    Beat in the flour to make a smooth texture.

    Now ready to batter anything you wish & if you wish it to be thicker then just add another teaspoon of flour.
