Ingredients

  • 1 cupgreen grapes
  • 1/2orange, peeled, seeded
  • 1/2green apple, seeded
  • 2 cupSwiss chard
  • 2 cupice cubes

    Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.

  2. 2

    Select Smoothie program.

  3. 3

    Switch machine to Start and allow machine to complete programmed cycle.
