100 gramsBrown Sugar
150 mlBalsomic Vinegar
1Chille powder
1Cayenne powder

Cut onions as thin as possible cut rings in half.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil.to frypan.

Fry onion until translucent. ( low heat )

Add sugar and balsomic vinegar continue to fry until it starts to thicken.

Add little of chille and cayenne to suit your spicy tollerance.

Bottle immediately.
