In bowl combine chicken and egg; refrigerate 5 hours.

Preheat oven to 350

Coat chicken in bread crumbs; lay in single layer on baking sheet.

In non-stick skillet heat 2 Tbs. oil over high heat. Add 1/2 of chicken strips; brown 1 min per side. Repeat with remaining oil and chicken.

Place chicken in single layer in 11x7 baking dish. Top with mushrooms and sauce, then cheese.

Cover; bake 30 min.

Uncover; bake 30 min.

Prepare noodles according to directions.

Serve chicken over noodles. Sprinkle with parsley
