  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 3 lbyellow squash
  • 1onion
  • 1 tbspgarlic salt

Steps

  1. 1

    place butter and squash in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. 2

    cover and cook for about 3 minutes. stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    add onion to skillet and cook for 5 to 7 minutes. stirring occasionally.

  4. 4

    sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.

  5. 5

    cook until squash is tender.
