Ingredients

10 servings
  1. 4 cupwater
  2. 2 cupbeer
  3. 6 eachcubes chicken bouillon
  4. 1 packagesfrozen California blend veg.
  5. 2 1/2 cupdiced potatoes
  6. 2 cancream of chicken soup
  7. 1 cupshredded carrots
  8. 1 cupchopped celery
  9. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  10. 2 lbVelveeta cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring water & Beer to a boil

  2. 2

    Add in chicken bouillon & all vegetables. , cook til tender.

  3. 3

    Add cheese & chicken soup to tenderized vegetables.

  4. 4

    Simmer on low heat until cheese is melted, about 1/2 an hour
